Controllers Not Detected

Overview: XALTERverse does not recognize one or both Quest controllers.

Possible Causes:

• Low batteries.
• Controllers unpaired or firmware outdated.
• Tracking issues (lighting/guardian).

Step-by-Step Fixes:

1. Battery Check: Replace with fresh AA batteries.
2. Re-Pair Controllers: Settings > Devices > Pair Controllers.
3. Update Firmware: Ensure headset and controllers are on latest firmware.
4. Restart XALTERverse: Relaunch the app after pairing.
5. Guardian Reset: Redraw boundary in Settings if tracking is unstable.
