Left Hand Menu (LHM): Settings, Navigation & Context Tools

🔘 Locate the Button
Find the small, recessed (flat) menu button located just below the X button on your Left Controller.

🖐️ Toggle & Position
Press once to open/close. You can grab the bar at the bottom of the menu to reposition it in world space.

🎙️ Audio & Microphone

• Mute: Quickly toggle your mic on/off.
• Mixer: Adjust VO, Users, Background, and SFX volume independently.

🎮 VR Control & Graphics

• Movement: Change teleport patterns and button layouts.
• Quality: Adjust visual fidelity to optimize headset performance.

🗺️ Navigation

• Scenarios: View the full list to Launch or Join rooms.
• Map: View a top-down map of your current location.
• Exit: Leave the scenario and return to the lobby.

👑 Host Menu

• Room Code: View/share the unique code for private joins.
• User Management: View users or Kick/Block disruptive trainees.

🛠️ Tools TabAccess the 3D Pen for markups or the Virtual Camera to demonstrate tasks to other users remotely.

👥 Social & AppearanceManage your Friends List, check room invites, or enter the Avatar Editor to change your look.
