To ensure a seamless training experience, XALTER utilizes ManageXR—a dedicated Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform. This allows IT administrators to remotely oversee and control every PICO 4 Ultra headset in the fleet from a single web-based dashboard.
01. Monitoring & Oversight
Real-time visibility into the health and status of your PICO 4 Ultra hardware.
📡 Device Status: See at a glance if a headset is online, offline, or currently syncing.
🔋 Battery Management: Monitor charge levels fleet-wide to ensure readiness for training.
📶 Connectivity: Track Wi-Fi signal strength and network status for each individual unit.
📍 Location Tracking: Verify the physical location of headsets based on their last known IP.

🔒 Kiosk Mode: Lock headsets into a single app for immediate startup (Default: OFF).
