ManageXR Web Console Guide
The ManageXR web console is your command center for managing VR hardware and content. It eliminates the need for manual updates and physical access to headsets, allowing you to manage your fleet from your browser.
01. The Dashboard
Your high-level overview of the entire fleet's health and activity.
📊 Real-Time Status: Track locations, battery levels, and identify Online/Offline units.
⚠️ Alerts: Surface "Alert Info" like low battery or failed sync attempts.
📋 Device & Config Lists: A directory of serial numbers, storage, and assigned profiles.
02. The Devices Tab (Fleet Oversight)
Monitor real-time health and send immediate commands to specific hardware.
📶 Connection & Sync: See if devices are Online and verify they have the latest apps.
🔋 Vital Stats: Check Headset/Controller battery and Wi-Fi signal at a glance.
⚡ Remote Commands: Send Live Commands like Restart, Launch App, or Factory Reset.
03. Configurations
Rules that tell a headset how to behave; update one config to sync an entire group.
📦 App Management: Choose which XALTER modules are installed on the fleet.
🛡️ Experience Mode: Toggle between Kiosk Mode (single app) or a Custom Home Screen.
🌐 Network Profiles: Pre-save Wi-Fi credentials for automatic on-site connectivity.
04. VR Home Screen & Security
Manage the professional interface and security settings users see inside the headset.
🎨 Branding: Upload company logos and custom 360° menu backgrounds.
🔐 Admin PIN: Set a 4-digit PIN to lock advanced settings (like Wi-Fi) in VR.
🚫 Restricted Access: Disable the web browser, app store, and social notifications.
