Scenario Management: Launching & Joining Rooms
01. The Lobby Layout
The lobby mimics a physical space with three distinct boards:
[ 1 ] Left Board
Welcome & Info: Greeting messages and Blue Instructions button for a quick tutorial.
[ 2 ] Middle Board
Selection & Launch: Primary interface for choosing sites, modes, and starting scenarios.
[ 3 ] Right Board
Joining Rooms: Click Blue Join a Room to find sessions hosted by others.
02. Launching a Scenario (Middle Board)
To start a new session where you are the Host, follow these steps:
- Select a Module: Click a site icon (e.g., Compression Skid) to open the Detail Page.
- Choose Your Mode: Select Guided, Practice, or Assessment.

Set Privacy:
• Public (Default): Visible to everyone on the Join board.
• Private: Hidden; requires a 4-digit code to join. - Select Scenario & Launch: Choose your specific task (e.g., LOTO). Review the details at the bottom and click Launch.
03. Joining a Room (Right Board)
To enter a scenario hosted by a colleague or instructor:
🌍 Joining a Public Room
- Click the Blue Join a Room button.
- Select the desired room name from the list.
- Click Join to enter immediately.
🔐 Joining a Private Room
- Get the 4-digit Guest Code from the Host.
- Click the Join Code field on the board.
- Use the virtual keyboard to enter the code and press Join.
