Signing In with a Student ID and PIN
How students sign in to XALTER on a headset or PC using the Student ID and PIN provided by their teacher.

01. What You'll Need
🪪 Student IDA short code from your teacher, e.g. TA00001. |
🔢 PINA unique code that works like your password. |
🎧 A ready headsetOr a set-up PC. |
Your teacher receives the class list of Student IDs and PINs from XALTER. Don't have yours yet? Ask your teacher.
02. Sign In on the Headset

Launch: From the ManageXR launch screen, select XALTER. |

Choose login: On the sign-in screen, select Student Login. |

Enter your Student ID: Type it exactly as it appears, e.g. TA00001. |

Enter your PIN: Type your PIN and confirm. |

Start training: You'll land in the Welcome Center, where your assigned training is waiting. |
💡 Tip: Watch for look-alike characters — the letter O vs. the number 0, and I vs. 1.
03. Where to Get Your Student ID & PIN
Your teacher distributes Student IDs and PINs. XALTER does not store your name — your teacher keeps the list that matches names to IDs, so they're your first stop for anything login-related.
04. Common Issues (Fast Fixes)

| "Invalid ID or PIN" | Re-enter carefully and check for typos (O vs 0, I vs 1). Remove any extra spaces. |
| PIN stopped working | Ask your teacher to confirm your PIN or request a reset. |
| No ID or PIN yet | Ask your teacher — they have the class list from XALTER. |
