Setting Up Your Account with an Email Invite
How invited users accept their XALTER invitation, set a password, and sign in.

01. What You'll Need
📧 The invite emailFrom XALTER — the sender may appear as XALTER or dev API exalter. |

02. Set Up Your Account

Open the invite: Find the XALTER invitation email in your inbox. |

Accept: Select the Accept invite (or Set password) button in the email. |

Create your password: Choose a password and confirm it. |

Done: Your account is now active. |
03. Sign In to XALTER

Launch: Open the XALTER app on your headset (via ManageXR) or PC. |

Choose login: Select Registered User (email & password). |

Sign in: Enter the email address your invite was sent to, and your new password. |
💡 Tip: Your username is the exact email address the invite was sent to.
04. Common Issues (Fast Fixes)
| If you see… | Do this |
|---|---|
| "I didn't get the invite" | Check your spam/junk folder and search for XALTER or exalter. Add the sender to your safe-senders list, then ask your administrator to resend. |
| "The link expired" | Invite links are time-limited. Ask your administrator (or XALTER) to send a fresh invite. |
| "Wrong email address" | Contact your administrator to reissue the invite to the correct address. |
