XALTER relies on several industry-leading cloud providers. If you are experiencing connectivity issues, please consult the official status pages of these providers below.
Provider: Photon Industries Cloud
Powers real-time networking and spatial voice chat. If this is down, you may be able to enter the app but will be unable to see or communicate with other users.
Provider: ManageXR
Manages headset configuration and app updates. If this service is interrupted, you may encounter issues installing or updating XALTER apps on your VR hardware.
Provider: Auth0 by Okta
This service manages secure user logins. If Auth0 is experiencing issues, you will be unable to log in to the XALTER PC Launcher or our web dashboards.
Provider: Amazon Web Services
AWS hosts our application databases and data capture. If this is down, the website may be unavailable or your training data may not sync properly.
